The Yopal International Film Festival (F.I.C.Y)
The “8 Miradas de Mujer” contest is an opportunity for women to express themselves through film, share their perspectives and experiences, and be recognized for their talent and creativity. In addition, it contributes to making visible and promoting the role of women in the film industry, in a sector where there is still gender inequality in terms of opportunities and recognition.
RULES OF THE "WOMAN'S LOOK" COMPETITION
El Festival Internacional de Cine de Yopal (F.I.C.Y) convoca a todas las mujeres productoras y directoras de cine residentes en el departamento de Casanare a participar en el concurso «Look de Mujer«, que tiene como objetivo fomentar y reconocer el trabajo creativo de las mujeres en la industria cinematográfica.

El Festival Internacional de Cine de Yopal (F.I.C.Y) convoca a todas las mujeres productoras y directoras de cine residentes en el departamento de Casanare a participar en el concurso «Look de Mujer«, que tiene como objetivo fomentar y reconocer el trabajo creativo de las mujeres en la industria cinematográfica.

- Fiction short film
REQUIREMENTS
The works must be unpublished and have not been publicly exhibited before the F.I.C.Y. The duration of the short films cannot be longer than 8 minutos.
Las obras pueden estar en cualquier idioma, pero deben contar con subtítulos en español. Las obras deben ser dirigidas o producidas por mujeres residentes en el departamento de Casanare.
AWARDS
The first three places in each category will be selected in the official F.I.C.Y programming and will receive recognition in money and educational benefits.
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection of the winning works will be made by a jury made up of experts in film and gender. The jury's decision is final.
The results will be announced at the closing ceremony of the F.I.C.Y.
DELIVERY METHOD
Las obras deben ser enviadas a través de la plataforma digital (ej. WeTransfer) a la dirección de correo electrónico info@ficyfestival.com con el asunto «Look de Mujer«. La fecha límite para la recepción de las obras es el 30 de julio de 2023. Las obras deben ser enviadas en formato digital y en alta resolución.
ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES
La participación en el concurso «Look de Mujer» implica la aceptación de todas las bases y condiciones establecidas en esta convocatoria.
DISPOSICIONES FINALES El F.I.C.Y
se reserva el derecho de modificar estas bases en caso de ser necesario, y de resolver cualquier situación no prevista en ellas.
