Yopal International Film Festival
Welcome to the Yopal International Film Festival! The F.I.C.Y. is a film festival held annually in the city of Yopal, founded by filmmakers Welmar Uscategui Gutiérrez, Diana Catalina Pérez, and social manager Amalia Gutiérrez. Our festival has as one of its main objectives the promotion of cinema and the creation of a sustainable economy in the Casanareña region.
Nos enorgullece ser parte de la creciente comunidad cinematográfica de Yopal y la región, y creemos que el cine puede ser un poderoso motor de desarrollo económico y cultural. Por eso, nos enfocamos en fortalecer los vínculos entre la industria del cine y las comunidades locales, y en promover la formación de nuevas generaciones de cineastas y productores en la región.<br>

The objective of this festival is to recognize and disseminate foreign, national and regional films of proven artistic quality, contributing to the development of the Ibero-American film industry and its knowledge in the region.
